Get into Customer Service on the Railway

Meet new people and learn new skills as well as gain qualifications in Conflict management, First Aid and Customer service. The training will be held in central London with work placements across London, Herts & Beds on the Thameslink, GT Northern, Southern and Gatwick Express routes.

This four-week programme will not only boost your confidence and employability, but you could also gain employment in the railway should you be successful.
